How it works

Online Group Life Mentoring runs throughout the year. A new cycle begins whenever a group of four is formed. Sessions are held once a week on Zoom (60–90 minutes).

You’ll receive:

• A complimentary one-to-one Discovery Session before we begin
• Four live weekly mentoring sessions with me
• Tools, journalling prompts, and guided visualisations
• Access to a private WhatsApp group for support and accountability
• Session recordings to revisit key insights
