Leadership Circles for Business Leaders are structured group programmes for senior professionals, founders, and decision-makers who want greater clarity, stronger self-leadership, and more aligned decision-making.

Over five live sessions, we explore leadership psychology, decision-making under pressure, identity and authority, and the relationship between internal clarity and external responsibility.

I facilitate each Circle using my BEMA™ Methodology: Body, Emotions, Mind, and Accountability. This framework helps leaders understand how their internal state shapes communication, positioning, and leadership presence.

Registration

Leadership Circles require a minimum of four participants and are limited to seven to preserve depth and quality.

Participants may register individually, or one representative may reserve multiple places on behalf of a group by selecting the required quantity at checkout.

After registration, each participant receives a preparatory Clarity Assessment questionnaire. The programme fee includes the questionnaire for me to assess participant’s responses prior to starting. It does not include individual Strategic Clarity Session™.

Participants who would like private one-to-one support may book a Strategic Clarity Sessions™, separately before or after the Circle.
