Meet Sahar

My journey began in 1990, a turning point triggered by the trauma of war and displacement. This profound experience ignited a quest to understand life, destiny, and free will.

Enduring the loss of my father, brother, beloved husband, and recently, my mother, I’ve had to recreate my life each time, embodying personal resilience and rediscovering joy in my life.

Born in Cairo and educated in England, France and the US, my career started in advertising and marketing, yet my instincts always leaned towards the artistic and spiritual. I followed my path.

Through the years, I’ve evolved into a spiritual DIY columnist for UK and Dubai magazines, a bestselling author and poet, podcaster, and a certified holistic therapist. I’ve had the privilege of training with leaders in their field such as Deepak Chopra, Caroline Myss, and Master Mantak Chia, shaping my unique perspective: a combination of es personal experience, intuition, and diverse educational backgrounds.

Recognized three times as “One of The Best 100 Intuitives in The World,” I’ve assisted over 15,000 beautiful individuals on their life journeys. Unbox The Podcast, born in 2004, is my response to clients’ questions, helping them gain an expanded perspective on life and become conscious of how daily decisions shape their lives.

My methodology, Unbox the Real You™, revolves around the Four Dimensions of Change: Body, Emotions, Mind, and Accountability, I refer to as BEMA. I also delve into dreams, the unconscious, and offer practical holistic tools to support you. My published books, posts and podcasts aim to demystify topics such as The Tarot, numerology, telepathy, healing and dream interpretation; and how to integrate them into our daily life.

The first time I had a session with Sahar I felt very strange after...I had been to a lot of mentors before and I always finished feeling...fluffy...with Sahar I felt ‘uncomfortable’ - in the positive sense that she pushed me out of my comfort zone...told me things about myself I had never dared face before...and I remember finishing the session...just really in shock. I first met Sahar in London over 9 years ago when I was about to graduate from university. I had a beautiful zoom chat with Beautiful Sahar Huneidi this morning. I felt that she elevated me from very low to high sky. She is brilliant and could point her finger immediately on the complicated map there to spot where I stand, and how I should be moving to improve issues distracting a happy successful flow in my life journey. She was very honest and very precise. The advice which she presented this morning felt like Santa clause being generous to me and arriving early this year. She covered health problems and alternative remedies / she gave me two or three secret keys which I feel will work on opening the feeble lazy chakras in my body. I feel on top of the world. I knew Sahar very well since maybe 35 years - Via a mutual precious person to both of us and happens to be also Sahara’s cousin. For many years we have not been in touch due to life travels etc. Therefore what I mean to say here, is that the mentoring advice did not come based on her knowledge about me. Unfortunately we lost touch until Thanks to Sahar’s coffee breaks ( unbox). Started. Sahar was brilliant / I felt much better and she filled my heart with hope And joy, also with determination to use her presents which are all beautiful and fits well with my common sense. Not mentioning great ideas which sounds very fruitful. Whoever is in doubt about Sahar’s Gifts and her innate love to help, I would say to try her before you utter one more word.
