Dreams are the language of the mind. This workshop helps you understand how to read and work with that language to deepen your self-awareness and guide your life.

In Your Dreams Decoded, I help you unlock the wisdom of your unconscious mind through your own dream language. You will learn how to remember, record, and interpret your dreams, uncovering what they reveal about your emotions, beliefs, and current life themes.

This workshop complements my upcoming book The Book of Practical Dreamcraft: Harness Your Monthly Adventures for Health and Happiness. Together we explore how to connect your conscious and unconscious minds so your dreams become a source of clarity, healing, and creativity.

During our time together, you will

• Understand how dreams form and what influences them
• Decode both universal and personal dream symbols
• Learn to keep a dream journal and develop your own dream dictionary
• Discover how to induce, direct, and interpret your dreams
• Apply dream insights to your real-life challenges and choices

Workshops are held in my home for a small group, creating a calm and supportive space. When a group of at least four participants is confirmed, I hold the workshop. If you already have a group and would like a private date, please contact me directly.
